How to enjoy your products in 5 easy steps:
Candles 
  1. REMOVE THE FOLLOWING: Packaging, decorations, loose labels & any ribbons before burning your candle.
  2. TRIM THE WICK: Keep the wick trimmed at all times to 5mm 
  3. LET THE WAX POOL: Each time you light your candle, allow the top layer to become a pool of liquid and not burn for more than 4 hours to ensure maximum life of the candle.
  4. BURN IT SAFELY: Always burn your candle on a heat resistant surface. KEEP AWAY from children, pets & draughts. NEVER leave it unattended while lit.
  5. KNOW WHEN TO REFILL, RECYCLE or REPLACE: When around 15mm wax remains in the base of the container, its time to decide.

 

 Diffusers 

  1. SELECT YOUR FAVOURITE:  We hope there is a scent for every room & every occasion.
  2. REMOVE LID & REEDS: They may smell good BUT please DO NOT DRINK and Keep out of the reach from children & animals.
  3. PLACE REEDS IN THE LIQUID: Take reeds out and place into the container, WASH HANDS immediately.
  4. ENJOY SAFELY: Protect your surface! Place on a mat or base. Can cause damage if placed directly on polished surfaces, soft surfaces & leather.
  5. KNOW WHEN TO REFILL, RECYCLE or REPLACE: When the bottle is empty, bin the reeds, if in the area, return the bottle to the shop where we will safely recycle or dispose of, alternatively - please dispose in your recycling bin.

 

Wax Melts 

  1. SELECT YOUR FAVOURITE:  We hope there is a scent for every room & every occasion.
  2. REMOVE ALL FOLLOWING: Packaging, decorations, loose labels & any ribbons before plugging in or setting up your tea light burner.
  3. PLACE WAX MELT ON THE SUITABLE CONTAINER: Burn within sight, keep away from flammable objects.
  4. BURN IT SAFELY: If using tea lights. Keep away from draughts and Never leave it unattended whilst lit. Keep away from children & pets.
  5. CHANGING YOUR WAX: Warm wax up in tray, let the wax become warm BUT NOT hot, use kitchen towel or similar disposal tissue, clean the tray of excess wax, rinse tray with soapy water and dry before using a new melt.
