Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription service. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

• When you purchase a subscription you will receive monthly repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
• Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries prior to these release to you. Those who collect their subscription items in store will not be charged the additional postage and packaging fee.
• Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription or feel that a pause from the subscription is required you are able to pause, skip or cancel it.
• If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. There is a link connected to this from which you can manage your subscription.
